Refund, Returns & Cancellation Policy

ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS:

  • Refunds are only applicable for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
  • The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging with all accessories.

If 7 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND/RETURN:

  1. Fill out the Returns Form on our website https://gammaplus.in/warranty-form/ , if you have any issues with the form then,

Email us at contact@vitalityhairindia.com  with your order number, photos of the product, Proof of Purchase and reason for return.

  1. Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup.
  2. After the item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7–10 working days via your original payment method.

Note: Refunds are not provided for used products, hygiene issues, or change of mind.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied via your original payment method within 7 – 10 days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
After approval, if you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES / RETURN OF FAULTY GOODS (IF APPLICABLE)
If your item is within its 12-month warranty period and you believe it to be faulty, then it can be returned to us for a full inspection. Please contact us on contact@vitalityhairindia.com to initiate the return process. Our team will first work with you to troubleshoot the issue on call.

If the issue cannot be resolved through troubleshooting on call and a physical inspection is necessary, we will guide you on how and where to send the product for evaluation by our technical team.

  • If the fault is confirmed and the item can be repaired, we will service it and return it to you.
  • If it cannot be repaired, we will offer a replacement for the same model

Please note: We only offer replacements for items that are confirmed to be defective or damaged under warranty.

SHIPPING FOR RETURNS

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs when returning any item.
  • Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. If a refund is processed, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Delivery timelines for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.
  • As our products are high-value grooming tools, we recommend using a trackable courier service or opting for shipping insurance when returning items. We cannot guarantee the receipt of returned products without tracking.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

To cancel an order:

  • Email contact@vitalityhairindia.com with your name & order ID.
  • If the order is already shipped, cancellation won’t be possible. You may opt for a return once it is delivered. Please read the Return Policy to determine your eligibility.

Note: Prepaid order cancellations will be refunded within 7–10 working days.
